The pandemic has certainly brought grief, caused a huge hit to my restaurant, I have owned it for over 12 years and it's been tough not seeing my daughter as often because my ex has primary custody of her. I try to look for the upsides though and am lucky my loyal customers have been supporting me. Through it all, there's been a process of inner change that I've been going through and I know I'll come out of this stronger.
I know you'll come out stronger. I always believe there are hidden blessings inherent in every challenge and every test can be turned into a testimony. One day people will be inspired by your story of resilience and faith.
Being kind to yourself is the best gift you can give and it helps me stay balanced. I've had a long time to learn this. The world is already too harsh, so just be kind!
